I bring the perspective of a CIO, CTO, COO, and enterprise architecture leader to the practical challenges of transformation.

My work connects investment decisions, technology architecture, and organizational change. I have led programs from business case and funding through implementation, adoption, and operational support—including complex recoveries and global rollouts.

Across healthcare, logistics, banking, and telecommunications, I’ve built teams and governance practices that help turn ambitious plans into working systems. AI-enabled delivery, AIOps, and cloud platforms are part of that experience.

Ascendion / Healthcare

Modernizing care across 35 hospitals

Recovered a program 12 months behind plan. Delivered the MVP in five months and all modules across 35 hospitals in nine months.

Behind the outcome

As Program & Change Director, I led a $3.2 million portfolio and a 143-person team for a hospital group spanning Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. We modernized a legacy hospital information system into a hybrid-cloud, multi-tenant platform and rebuilt patient and doctor applications, with HL7/FHIR interoperability and staged rollout across 24/7 operations.

DHL / Logistics & automation

Improving efficiency at enterprise scale

Approximately €17.6 million in annual operating cost reductions. A 25% increase in parcel throughput through warehouse automation.

Behind the outcome

As Global IT Head of Domain, I held P&L accountability for $120 million in technology spend across 56 projects over six years. Alongside route optimization, I directed a €1 billion robotics-enabled warehouse auto-sort transformation across 35 greenfield and brownfield sites.

DHL / Global platforms

Connecting operations in 200 countries

98% adoption with zero downtime for a global data-capture platform rollout.

Behind the outcome

I led a 200-person global engineering organization across network, infrastructure, architecture, and support. In a separate Global Courier Application program across 200 countries, I led electronic delivery and proof-of-delivery implementation in nine months, achieving ROI within 11 months.

EDOTCO / Telecommunications

Building a roadmap for six countries

MYR 12.3 million in funding secured. 70% of Severity 1 incidents cleared. 63% ROI from AIOps and process automation.

As Chief Information Architect & Change Manager, I developed a 17-workstream transformation roadmap. I established architecture and governance practices, introduced AIOps and business process automation, and shaped a cloud-first hybrid strategy alongside enterprise data governance.

Bank Negara Malaysia / Central banking

Accelerating delivery with governance

Six strategic systems delivered in an average of 90 working days, saving MYR 2.8 million in capital expenditure.

Behind the outcome

As Deputy Director of Solution Delivery & Enterprise Architecture, I established a Cloud Center of Excellence and co-chaired architecture and security governance across more than 120 projects. Applying MLOps and central data architecture standards also helped reduce money-exchange reporting from 30 days to one day.

Silver Lining Systems / Cloud services

Growing platforms and customer value

12% growth in cloud-services revenue and an 18% reduction in operating cost per customer.

Behind the outcome

As Group COO & CTO, I built and commercialized an AI/ML-enabled cloud platform portfolio, securing three enterprise clients in six months. I also led two Fortune 500 cloud migrations in under 90 working days with zero unplanned downtime, and directed SAP S/4HANA delivery and Prosci-based change management.
